Return Period: Submit the Returns Form within 30 days of purchase

Steps for Returns:

• Complete and submit the Returns Form.

Receive a Returns Order Slip via email.

• Print the slip, include it with the item(s), and ship them back.
• Upon inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Taxes and duties are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Items with damaged or marked packaging will not be accepted.

Navis products are warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty complements regional consumer guarantees but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or material aging.

Warranty claims must be submitted through the retailer where the product was purchased, along with proof of purchase and high-resolution photos. If purchased through an official Navis retailer, claims must be processed directly with them.
